The series name "Minamo-kaze" means bleeze on water surface in English. The attractive matte white Damascus blade looks like breeze on water surface.. Composed from 63 layers of Damascus with a high speed powder steel core and a sharp edge finished by skilled craftsmen fromĀ Seki city.

Petty knives are a mix between slicing and paring knives known as the ideal blade for most food preparations that require added precision. They feature scalloped edges and blades that are slightly longer than standard paring knives.
